Benefits Management and Savings Delivery – we have a well defined approach, process, templates and tools to aid the delivery of benefits and savings. This approach was designed originally with a Retail client and subsequently enhanced with a public sector client and has been approved by the Benefits Board and Joint Management Team of that organisation and the Audit Commission
Delivery of Projects and Programmes – we have many years of experience of delivering projects and programmes to multiple clients across the public, private, third sector (not-for-profit) organisations, and for small and medium sized enterprises (SME’s)
Project/Programme Assurance Reviews – we have a tried and tested approach to undertaking assurance reviews on projects and programmes which, depending on complexity can be delivered quickly. It is always better to make business decisions on an informed basis, than not
Project/Programme Recovery – there have been occasions where after completing an assurance review our client has asked us to either lead or advise on the recovery of ailing projects
Change and Communications – between us we have led or been involved in delivering change programmes with a wide range of clients, both big and small. Typically we work with our customers to produce the strategy and supporting plans and either lead or advise on the delivery of the Change and Communications programme
Transformation Mapping – understanding where you are in your business currently (AS-IS) and where you want to get to (TO-BE) is key, but working out how you are going to get there is essential to ensuring a successful change programme
Advisory Services – we operate at senior management and executive levels across organisations and provide advisory services to provide them with an impartial and trusted view of the business and the current situation to help them determine how to tackle their business challenges. We also provide a mentoring service leveraging on our wide experience to help our clients address the business issues that they are facing
Bid Management – we have many years of experience in managing pursuit teams for large, complex and more straightforward opportunities in both the Public and Private sectors. We ensure that new business opportunities are ‘sold’ internally including commercial aspects, internal view (pricing), sign-off, use of the legal department and development and delivery of proposals to suit customer timescales and requirements. We can apply the Shipley proposal management approach if required
Commercial Management – within our team we have contract and schedule construction experience and have led negotiations with prospective suppliers for our customers, whilst taking legal advice when and where appropriate. When taking a commercial management lead role we will ensure that agreement on key performance indicators and key value indicators related to delivery are agreed with our customers suppliers. Additionally we have advised during the pursuit of opportunities on commercial aspects and brought issues to resolution leading to deal closure.
